Volume discount
This guide describes how to show tiered "buy more, pay less per item" pricing on the product page for your B2B (wholesale) customers.
Mind reads volume pricing directly from Shopify's B2B quantity price breaks. There is no theme setting to turn on and no block to add: when a logged-in customer shops a B2B catalog that defines price breaks for a variant, Mind shows a Volume pricing table under the quantity selector of the Buy buttons block. Everyone else sees the regular product page.

Quantity price breaks are part of Shopify's B2B features, which are not available on every Shopify plan. Check the Shopify Help Center for B2B availability on your plan before you start.
Set up volume pricing in Shopify
- On your store's Shopify admin page, from the left-side menu, select Customers > Companies and create a company for your wholesale customer, with at least one location and one contact.
- Select Products > Catalogs and create a catalog (or open an existing one), then assign it to the company location.
- In the catalog, open the product you want to discount and set, per variant:
- Quantity rules: the minimum, maximum and increment the customer can order.
- Volume pricing: one price break per tier, each with a minimum quantity and a unit price (for example 10+ at $18, 50+ at $15).
- Select Save.

What customers see on the product page
When the company contact logs in and opens the product, the Buy buttons block of the Main product section shows:
- The current unit price directly under the quantity selector, for example
$18.00/ea. It updates as the customer changes the quantity, and counts the units of that variant already in the cart, because Shopify applies the break to the variant's total quantity in the order. - A Volume pricing table listing every tier: the base price from the variant's minimum quantity, then each price break as
10+,50+and so on with its unit price. - Quantity rules on the quantity field: the field starts at the minimum, steps by the increment and stops at the maximum, so the customer cannot enter a quantity Shopify would reject.
The table is tied to the selected variant and is replaced when the customer picks another variant. Variants without price breaks show no table.

The same table appears wherever Mind renders the Buy buttons block: the Main product section on product templates, the Featured product section, and quick view.
Preview the volume pricing
- Log in to your storefront as a customer contact of the company (or use Customers > Companies > [company] > Contacts > Log in as customer where available).
- Open a product that has price breaks in that company's catalog.
- Change the quantity and check that the unit price switches to the right tier.
The table only lists what Shopify sends for the logged-in customer. If you do not see it, check that the customer is a company contact, that the catalog is assigned to their company location, and that the variant has at least one price break.
For a "buy more, save more" offer to all shoppers, create an automatic Amount off products discount with a Minimum quantity of items requirement under Discounts > Create discount, and describe the tiers in a Text block above the Buy buttons block. Shopify applies the saving in the cart and at checkout.
